1:1 Coaching Session with Sue King
The focus of this coaching session is to make sure you feel fully engaged, heard, and empowered throughout our time together. We'll dive into a focused discussion, where you'll have the space to talk openly, and we’ll work together to develop practical strategies that suit your unique needs. This session is all about taking action and giving you tools to make real progress, while also being flexible enough to adapt to what’s most important to you in the moment.
In addition to personalised guidance, this session offers a supportive environment where your goals, challenges, and breakthroughs are met with genuine curiosity and encouragement. Whether you're navigating a specific situation or seeking clarity on your next steps, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of direction and confidence. What our 45 minutes together looks like :
1. Welcome & Introduction (5 minutes)
We'll start with a personal check-in to see how you’re feeling and if there’s anything specific, you’d like to address today.
2. Review of Progress & Follow-Up (5 minutes)
We'll quickly review the action steps from our last session, discuss how you’ve been doing with them, and address any challenges or successes you've experienced.
3. Main Discussion & Focus Area (20 minutes)
This is the core of the session, where we’ll focus on one or two key areas. Whether it's managing stress, improving nutrition, or another concern, I’ll provide you with personalized, evidence-based strategies and tools to help you move forward.
4. Practical Strategy Development (10 minutes)
Together, we’ll create a simple, actionable plan or set goals for the coming week. These will be realistic and tailored to your needs to ensure steady progress.
5. Summary & Takeaways (3 minutes)
We’ll summarize the key points from today’s session, and I’ll remind you of the action steps you’ve committed to.
6. Q&A & Closing (2 minutes)
We’ll wrap up by addressing any final questions you may have. I’ll offer support and encouragement, and you’ll leave with clear next steps for the week ahead.
